E-Z Mexican Pasta Skillet

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in pasta; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 min.
  6. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in 1 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  10. or until cheese is melted.
