Bar B Qued Brisket Recipe
- 8 pound beef brisket
- Onion salt
- Celery salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Worcestershire sauce
- Liquid smoke
- Sprinkle beef both sides with salts and seasonings, sugar and rub in well.
- Wrap tightly in foil and chill overnight.
- Next day, season again omitting only the sugar.
- Rub in well.
- Wrap tightly and bake for 10 hrs at 250 degrees.
- One hour before serving, open foil and pour over 1 bottle Bill Johnson's barbecue sauce mixed with 3/4 c. dark brown sugar.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Slice and pass extra sauce.
