Beef Taco Skillet Recipe
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1 c. Pace chunky salsa
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 x corn or possibly flour tortillas - (6" dia) cut 1" pcs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Cook beef in skillet till browned.
- Pour off fat.
- Add in soup, salsa, water, tortillas and half the cheese.
- Heat to a boil.
- Cover and cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till warm.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
