Mushroom Gruyere Gratin

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In medium bowl, combine Gruyere cheese, bread crumbs, and 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme.
  3. Heat 12-inch skillet on medium; add sliced mushrooms, water, 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until mushrooms brown, stirring.
  5. Add artichokes, quartered; cook 3 minutes or until golden, stirring.
  6. Arrange in skillet; top with cheese mixture.
  7. Broil, 6 inches from source of heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until golden.
