Mini Chicken Satay Pizzas

  1. Spread the peanut butter over each pita.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese then top with onion, capsicum, chicken, corn and remaining cheese.
  3. Bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Scatter coriander over pizzas and serve immediately.
