Mini Chicken Satay Pizzas
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 4 small oval or round pita breads
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1/2 BBQ chicken, skin removed and shredded Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 green capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- Spread the peanut butter over each pita.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese then top with onion, capsicum, chicken, corn and remaining cheese.
- Bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes.
- Scatter coriander over pizzas and serve immediately.
