Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup

• 1 package spinach frozen
• 1 each yellow summer squash diced
• 1/2 each onions minced
• 2 each carrots diced
• 4 cloves garlic minced
• 6 ounces v8 juice
• 1/2 cup navy beans
• 4 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 8 to 10 hrs.
