Mexican beef bake

• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 cup taco sauce
• 4 oz can chopped green chiles drained
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 12 oz whole kernel corn
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 1 cup sliced olives
• 1 cup shredded Monteray Jack Cheese
• 1 cup tortilla chips
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 large tomato diced

1. Heat oven too 400
2. In large skillet brown ground beef cook untill no longer pink add chili powder mix well.
3. Remove from heat.
4. ; stir in taco sauce, green chilies and salt
5. In a small bowl combine corn and half of the green onions.
6. In a 1 1/2 quart cassrole dish , layer half of the corn mixture, half beef, half olives, and half cheese.
7. Repeat layers
8. Cover and bake 20 minutes
9. Garnish with sour cream and chips.
