Amaretto Cafe for a Crowd

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine finely chopped chocolates, sugars and half-and-half.
  2. Simmer over low heat until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cool.
  4. Add amaretto and refrigerate until serving time.
  5. To serve, pour 1/4 of the mixture into each coffee cup.
  6. Add 1 shot espresso to each cup and fill with steamed milk.
  7. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  8. Serve immediately.
