Cheese Sauce

• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 2 cups cheese, of your choice
• 14 cup milk
• 12 cup sour cream

1. Melt cream cheese, shredded cheese and milk over low heat stirring often.
2. After cheeses have melted add sour cream and stir to combine.
