Rum Cake Recipe
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix no pudding
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 c. rum
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 c. pecans
- Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
- Sprinkle pecans in the bottom of pan.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and beat for two min at medium speed.
- Pour batter over nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
- Place on cake rack and leave in pan for 30 min.
