Rum Cake Recipe

  1. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. Sprinkle pecans in the bottom of pan.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients and beat for two min at medium speed.
  4. Pour batter over nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
  5. Place on cake rack and leave in pan for 30 min.
