Butter Chicken
- 3 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 box Shaan butter chicken masala
- 1 pints Heavy whipping cream
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- Cut the chicken pieces in tiny bite size pieces and Cook the chicken until its tender and a bit brown.
- Then add the shaan masala.
- Mix it around until the masala is nicely mixed with the chicken.
- Make sure all the chicken pieces have masala on them.
- Add the tomato sauce and mix it all well until it's all mixed together and about the same consistency.
- Add the heavy whipping cream little at a time and mix it until a nice light-darkish orange color.
- Add a bit first and then mix it around well.
- Then keep adding more out from the container and mixing it throughout until you like the color.
- About a not so dark not so light orange color.
- Add more tomato sauce if too spicy.
- Or to even out the taste and add plenty of heavy whipping cream for it to be nice and saucy.
- Eat with rice.
- Add lemon on it for taste
