Pineapple and Millet Smoothie
- 1/4 cup, tightly packed, cooked millet
- 1 1/2 cups fresh sweet pineapple (7 ounces)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon soaked cashews or almonds (optional) (.5 ounce)
- 2 ice cubes
- Place all of the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
- Serve right away.
