Lentil Salad with Sunflower Seeds
- 4 cups fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups lentils cooked or canned without added salt
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels
- 4 kiwis
- 24 fl oz fat-free milk
- Toss spinach, greens, tomatoes and lentils with dressing.
- Divide evenly among 4 plates.
- Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp.
- sunflower kernels.
- Enjoy 1 kiwi with each salad.
- Serve a 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) glass of milk per serving with meal.
