Lentil Salad with Sunflower Seeds

  1. Toss spinach, greens, tomatoes and lentils with dressing.
  2. Divide evenly among 4 plates.
  3. Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp.
  4. sunflower kernels.
  5. Enjoy 1 kiwi with each salad.
  6. Serve a 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) glass of milk per serving with meal.
