Chicken Wraps

  1. Cook chicken breasts in oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Chop and set aside.
  3. Finely chop green onions.
  4. Combine the chicken, sour cream, green onion, parsley, pepper, nutmeg, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture into butter lettuce leaves, and roll up.
  6. Serve.
