Kid Friendly Asian Pork and Noodles

  1. Slice pork into 1/2 inch thick slices then into 1/2 inch wide strips.
  2. Combine juice, hoisin, vinegar, ketchup and 3/4 tsp salt, set aside.
  3. Prepare broccoli, if fresh, by trimming and thinly slicing the stalk and separating the florets.
  4. Cook noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water adding broccoli and peas during the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Drain once al dente.
  6. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium.
  7. Dredge pork in cornstarch, shake off excess.
  8. Saute pork until lightly browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
  9. Pour in sauce from step 1 and bring to a boil.
  10. Once thickened, toss with noodles and veggies, serve!
