Mini Lasagna Bites

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in pasta sauce and basil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix egg, ricotta, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and Parmesan until blended.
  7. Line each of 12 muffin pan cups with 2 won ton wrappers, overlapping edges as necessary to completely cover bottom and side of each cup.
  8. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  9. cheese mixture into each prepared cup; top with 1 Tbsp.
  10. meat mixture.
  11. Cover with remaining won ton wrappers; press lightly into filling to secure.
  12. Top with layers of remaining ricotta mixture, meat mixture and shredded cheese.
  13. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  14. or until filling is heated through and won ton cups are crisp.
  15. Cool 5 min.
  16. before removing cups from muffin pans to serve.
