Cabbage and Potato Stir Fried With Bonito Flakes

  1. Julienne the potato about 5 mm thick.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add the olive oil.
  3. Add the potato and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. Add the cabbage which should be cut up into bite-sized pieces and continue stir-frying.
  5. Once the cabbage has wilted, add the flavoring ingredients and bonito flakes.
  6. Stir-fry quickly and it's done!
