Cabbage and Potato Stir Fried With Bonito Flakes
- 2 Potatoes (small)
- 2 to 3 leaves Cabbage
- 1 small packet Bonito flakes
- 3 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- Julienne the potato about 5 mm thick.
- Heat a frying pan and add the olive oil.
- Add the potato and stir-fry over medium heat.
- Add the cabbage which should be cut up into bite-sized pieces and continue stir-frying.
- Once the cabbage has wilted, add the flavoring ingredients and bonito flakes.
- Stir-fry quickly and it's done!
