Blackened Tuna Sandwich with Strawberry Salsa

  1. Salsa: Combine ingredients; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Sandwich: Spread both sides of fish fillets with mustard; sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Grill on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.
  5. on each side until cooked through or to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill; cover to keep warm.
  7. For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
  8. mayonnaise onto each of 2 of the toast slices.
  9. Cover 1 of the toast slices with 1/2 cup spinach, 1 fish fillet, 1/2 cup Salsa and second toast slice, mayonnaise-side down.
