Blackened Tuna Sandwich with Strawberry Salsa

- 1-1/2 qt. fresh strawberries, 1/4-inch dice Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups fresh pineapple, 1/4-inch dice
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 cup red onions, finely diced
- 3/4 cup jalapeno peppers, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Sandwich
- 24 each fresh tuna fillets (3 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 3 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 48 slices sourdough bread, sliced, toasted
- 3 qt. baby spinach leaves
- Salsa: Combine ingredients; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Sandwich: Spread both sides of fish fillets with mustard; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Grill on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.
- on each side until cooked through or to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill; cover to keep warm.
- For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise onto each of 2 of the toast slices.
- Cover 1 of the toast slices with 1/2 cup spinach, 1 fish fillet, 1/2 cup Salsa and second toast slice, mayonnaise-side down.
