Morning Rise & Dine Cups

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Separate biscuits; cut each crosswise in half.
  3. Press each into 4-inch round.
  4. Gently press 1 dough round onto bottom and up side of each of 10 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Combine egg product, peppers, onions and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon into cups.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until centers are set.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
  9. or until melted.
