BBQ Chicken Pizza
- - boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 24 each individual prebaked pizza crusts (7 inch)
- 2 qt. shredded low moisture part skim milk mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1-1/2 qt. green peppers, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
- Toss chicken with 3 cups of the barbecue sauce (or 2 Tbsp.
- of the barbecue sauce for trial recipe); set aside.
- Place pizza crusts on baking sheets; sprinkle evenly with half of the cheese.
- Top with the chicken mixture, peppers and onions.
- Drizzle evenly with remaining barbecue sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 450F for 14 min.
- or until crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before cutting each pizza into four wedges to serve.
