Cabbage Slaw With Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
- 4 c. Thinly Sliced Red Cabbage
- 4 c. Chinese Cabbage Thinly Sliced
- 1 c. Brussel Sprouts Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 c. Red Onion Minced
- 1/4 c. Minced Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 c. Low-Fat Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Lowfat Buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. Tarragon Vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well, and set aside.
- Combine sugar and remaining ingredients, and stir well.
- Pour over cabbage mix, and toss gently.
- cover and refrigerate1 hour.
