Burgundy Wine Curry. Recipe yurina

  1. Grate Tomato, Onion, Apple, Carrot.
  2. then mix with Wine.
  3. stir-fry the beef with garlic and olive oil until turn it brown.
  4. pour 1) and 2) into the stewpan.
  5. Simmer it until become 1/3.
  6. put bay leaf into the pan.
  7. Meanwhile cook some White Rice with wine instead of water.
  8. Add the Curry roux.
  9. then simmer 20 min more.
  10. To finish, Add some bits of Chocolate if you like spice, add garam masala.
