Pink Grapefruit Sorbet

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 cups pink grapefruit juice

1. Stir sugar into grapefruit juice to dissolve.
2. Turn into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
3. Or place in freezer until slushy, then beat again before serving.
