Rice & Vegetable Medley

  1. STIR-FRY vegetables in 1 Tbsp (15 mL) dressing until crisp-tender.
  2. ADD remaining dressing and cashew nuts.
  3. Heat through.
  4. SERVE over hot cooked rice.
