Speedy Gonzalez's Kielbasa Pasta

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan or wok over medium high heat.
  2. Saute the garlic, onions, squash and meat very quickly.
  3. At the last second, add the spinach and mushrooms.
  4. Add the wine and cook for 30 seconds more.
  5. Add the broth and the cream soup.
  6. Stir only until smooth, season to taste, and add to cooked pasta.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
