Sharon's cheesy enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly grease 13x9 inch baking dish
  3. In skillet cook ground beef over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain
  4. Stir in 3/4 cup of enchilada sauce and 1 cup of shredded cheese into ground beef
  5. Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas; roll up tortillas and place seam sides down in baking dish
  6. Mix nacho cheese sauce and rotel in mixing bowl; spread on top of tortillas in baking dish
  7. Pour remainder of enchilada sauce on top of enchiladas
  8. Sprinkle remainder of shredded cheese on top of enchiladas
  9. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 mins or until shredded cheese has melted
  10. ENJOY!
