Broiled Salmon with Broccoli & Shiitake Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Oil glass dish and flip salmon.
  3. Season with organic sea salt, garlic, and cumin.
  4. Broil 20-30 min depending on thickness.
  5. Finely chop ginger, slice mushrooms, and chop broccoli as desired.
  6. Preheat pan med/high : heat olive oil, stir fry ginger, mushrooms, and then add broccoli.
  7. Cook only until broccoli turns bright green, al dente.
  8. Serve together.
