Broiled Salmon with Broccoli & Shiitake Mushrooms
- 2 Broccoli Crown
- 3 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 8 Fresh Shitake Mushrooms
- 8 oz Fresh Wild Salmon
- 1 as needed Organic First Press Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Oil glass dish and flip salmon.
- Season with organic sea salt, garlic, and cumin.
- Broil 20-30 min depending on thickness.
- Finely chop ginger, slice mushrooms, and chop broccoli as desired.
- Preheat pan med/high : heat olive oil, stir fry ginger, mushrooms, and then add broccoli.
- Cook only until broccoli turns bright green, al dente.
- Serve together.
