Curried Harvest Fruit Recipe
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. mixed dry fruits
- 1 (13 1/4 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 to 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Halve large pcs of fruits.
- In a 2 qt casserole, combine dry fruits and undrained pineapple chunks.
- Combine pie filling, sherry, water, and curry pwdr.
- Pour over fruits.
- Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
- 8 servings.
- This is excellent with pork or possibly ham, served hot.
