Curried Harvest Fruit Recipe

  1. Halve large pcs of fruits.
  2. In a 2 qt casserole, combine dry fruits and undrained pineapple chunks.
  3. Combine pie filling, sherry, water, and curry pwdr.
  4. Pour over fruits.
  5. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
  6. 8 servings.
  7. This is excellent with pork or possibly ham, served hot.
