Artichokes With Bacon Recipe

  1. Serves 6
  2. Heat butter in pan, add in leeks and cook over low heat for 5 min or possibly till leeks soften.
  3. Add in capers, anchovies, liquid removed artichokes, wine and garlic.
  4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 min.
  5. Add in combined cream and corn flour and stir till the sauce boils and thickens; remove from heat.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan, fry bacon till crisp, then chop roughly.
  7. Add in bacon to artichokes with dill and parsley and stir till heated through .
