Mama's Mhalbiah
- 2 1/2 cup Milk
- 7 tsp Corn flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Crushed pistachio (optional)
- 1 envelope jelly powder (any flavor u prefer)
- 2 cup water (for the jelly)
- add the cold milk and corn flour in a bowl and stir togather.
- put the bowl on medium heat, till milk is about boilling minimize the heat and add the sugar, stir for 2minutes
- pour them to the serving cups evenly (6 cups)
- sprinkle some crushed pistachio on the top, then put them on the fridge, for about an hour
- after the white Mhalabiah colded ,, Now it's the time to start make the jelly
- Make any flavor you like, by the instructions on the Jelly's envelope, usually it gonna need 2cups of water.
- pour them on top of the white Mhalbiah, and put it back to the fridge.. for at least an hour
