Spiced Chicken Thighs

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add Onion; Saute 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Combine Salt and Spices; sprinkle evenly over Chicken.
  5. Add Chicken to the pan; cook over med-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
  6. Add wine and vinegar; cook 30 seconds, scraping panto loosen browned bits.
  7. Add onions and broth; bring to a boil.
  8. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  9. Stir in Parsley.
  10. While chicken is cooking, make cous cous and green peas.
