Pork Chop And Potato Casserole Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in a skillet.
  2. Grease casserole dish and place cut potatoes (1/4 inch thick) in the bottom.
  3. Salt and pepper.
  4. Add in pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  5. Then add in 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Cover the dish.
