Apple-Cranberry Snack Cake

• 2 eggs
• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
• 2/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
• 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
• 1 large apple, chopped
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 4 cups powdered sugar

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Beat eggs, cake mix, dressing and 1 tsp.
3. cinnamon with mixer until blended.
4. Stir in apples and cranberries.
5. Pour into 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Bake 25 to 30 min.
7. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool completely in pan.
9. Beat Neufchatel, butter and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
10. Gradually beat in sugar and remaining cinnamon.
11. Spread over cake.
