Mushroom Burger

• 4 tbsp shimeji mushroom
• 1 dash Italian herbs
• 1 bunch Japanese cucumber slice
• 4 tbsp italian plum tomato sauce /spaghetti sauce
• 4 mini wholemeal bun
• 1 tsp tomato paste
• 1 small cherry tomatoes

1. heat up tomato sauce or any spaghetti with tomato paste with shimeji mushroom for 1 minute set aside
2. Toast the butter bun then topvwith slice cucumber then mushroom and dash of mix Italian herbs
