Chicken Teriyaki

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and place in pan.
  2. Grate fresh ginger over chicken.
  3. Mix soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  5. Heat oven to 350*.
  6. Place chicken in broiler, cooking, turning, and basting several times for 1 hour.
