Simple Lamb Chops
- 1 lb Lamb chops
- 1/2 cup Red wine
- 2 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Preheat oven at 375F (190C)
- In a baking dish, pour the red wine, place the lamb chops, sprinkle with the olive oil, salt and the the rosemary.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 min with the foil on.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 20 minutes.
- After its cooked, I also like to broil it for a couple of minutes to give it some color ;)
- Serve!
