Simple Lamb Chops

  1. Preheat oven at 375F (190C)
  2. In a baking dish, pour the red wine, place the lamb chops, sprinkle with the olive oil, salt and the the rosemary.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 min with the foil on.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 20 minutes.
  5. After its cooked, I also like to broil it for a couple of minutes to give it some color ;)
  6. Serve!
