Chinese Style Spareribs Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Rub the ribs with the salt.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Set sauce aside.
  5. Place the ribs in a shallow, foil-lined baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15 min.
  7. Pour off grease.
  8. Lower oven to 325 degrees.
  9. Pour the sauce over the ribs, and bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
  10. Baste several times.
  11. Serve the sauce which collects in the pan with the ribs.
