Broiled Chicken With Malt Vinegar Recipe

  1. Marinade: Combine everything but chicken and simmer for 2 min.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken; cover with plastic and chill for 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and arrange in a foiled lined broiled pan.
  5. Broil 3 1/2" below (or possibly above) heat source for about 8 min brushing with the marinade.
