Tuna & Macaroni Summer Salad

  1. In large pot bring between 5-6 cups of water to boil and add your elbow macaroni.
  2. You need to cook according to directions on the back of the macaroni box, usually 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain all excess water from macaroni and allow macaroni to sit while it cools for about 20 minutes.
  4. In large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, diced onion, carrots, peppers, horseradish, garlic powder, salt, pepper and mix throughly.
  5. Next, add tuna fish and mix throughly followed by the Romano cheese.
  6. Not only will your tuna macaroni taste great it is very colorful also.
  7. Finally, place your salad in an attractive serving bowl and add your parsley and paprika on top as a final garnish.
  8. Remember, presentation is important!
