Q&e Mexican Casserole

  1. Brown hamburger and drain fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix till combined.
  3. Put into a 9 x 12 casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Heat till hot and bubbly (30-45) minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. For company, I will add extra cheese to the casserole, sour cream and guacamole on the table for guests to put on top of the casserole.
  6. Easy to double.

hamburger, cream of chicken soup, tomatoes, ranch style beans, corn tortillas, grated cheese
