Mushroom Rice Pilaf

  1. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Add rice; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  5. Meanwhile, dissolve bouillon in water.
  6. Add to rice; stir.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  9. Simmer 5 min.
  10. or until liquid is absorbed.
  11. Stir in almonds and parsley.
