Get Well Soon Chicken Broth
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1 small finger chilli
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
- 2 pints water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Just like grandma used to make!
- Cut off most of the chicken from the bone (as much as you can)
- Put a saucepan of water on the hob and add the chicken with the remaining bones to it
- While this is coming to boil, chop the garlic, spring onion, ginger, chilli and parsley roughly and add this
- Season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs, and a dash of olive oil
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes so the chicken cooks through
- Serve without the bones.
- You're done!
