Ruth's Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup corn flakes, slightly crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 cup catsup
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Mix 1/2 sauce mixture into meatloaf ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Top with remaining sauce and continue baking 20 minutes longer or until done - 160 degrees.
