Marinade For Leg Of Lamb Recipe

  1. Combine ingredients and pour over lamb.
  2. Marinade overnight or possibly at least 2 hrs.
  3. Turn at least once.
  4. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  5. Place meat on rack, fat side up and roast 20 min, turn meat over and roast 20 min more.
