Pecan Poppy Seed Loaves

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine poppy seeds and water.
  2. Add cake and pudding mixes, eggs and oil.
  3. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour into 2 greased 8 X 4 X 2 inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
