High Protein Strawberry Banana Pancakes

  1. With a hand mixer mix together the banana, yogurt, eggs and cottage cheese.
  2. Add to the wet mixture the protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, splenda and oats.
  3. Allow the batter to sit 10 minutes (I useually do this while letting my griddle heat up).
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter on the griddle spreading it.
  5. Fry the pancakes 3-4 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the pancakes over and fry another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve them with a mix of greek yogurt and jelly.
