Sausage Vegetable Fettucini Bake Recipe
- 3/4 pkg. fettucini noodles
- 1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini squash
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 jar (15 ounce.) lite spaghetti sauce
- 1 sm. carton Ricotta cheese
- Cook noodles, drain and set aside.
- Brown sausage, drain and set aside.
- Julienne cut carrot and squash.
- Blanch, drain and set aside.
- In 8x8 inch casserole, layer noodles, sauce mixed with sausage, vegetables and Ricotta.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 4-6.
