Diane's Chocolate Crunch Pie Recipe
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- Softened ice cream (vanilla, or possibly favorite flavor)
- 1 tbsp. corn syrup
- Heat 1/4 c. butter and 1 c. of chocolate chips in microwave.
- Mix 2 c. Rice Krispies with all but 3 Tbsp.
- of the chocolate mix.
- Press into a 9 inch pie pan.
- Harden crust in freezer.
- Then add in softened ice cream.
- To remaining chocolate, add in 1 Tbsp.
- of corn syrup.
- Drizzle chocolate on top of pie.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry in center.
- Freeze till hard.
