Cheesy Mozza-Cheddar Cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, divided
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- 8 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Melt 1 Tbsp.
- margarine in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until softened.
- Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min.
- Gradually whisk in milk until blended; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until thickened, whisking constantly.
- Add shredded cheese; cook 1 min.
- or until melted, stirring constantly.
- Add cauliflower to skillet; stir until evenly coated with cheese sauce.
- Cover.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until cauliflower is tender.
- Heat oven to broil.
- Melt remaining margarine; mix with Parmesan and bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.
- or until golden brown.
