Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables
- 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 4 whole Peeled Potatoes
- 1 bag Baby Carrots
- 1/4 cups Green Onions, diced
- 2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- Wash chicken breasts.
- Dredge in flour, then brown in oil on both sides.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Add potatoes, carrots and green onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk thoroughly.
- Pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Sometimes I add cubed squash or a can of green beans as well.
